What role does physical Activity and energy play in your life?

For some of you, it may mean having the physical strength, and the energy to match it, to hike up a mountain, go skiing or biking with your friends and family, or play actively with your children. For others, it may mean being able to finish your first ever 5 km run, or complete a marathon, or train in the Fitness gym to tighten up.
