Hi! I’m Kesha,

I’m a trauma informed, registered Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist-in-Training, Reiki Master, iRest®️ Yoga Nidra Level 2 practitioner, Embodied Listening Practicioner, and Coach.

 But my superpower…my secret sauce…

 …comes from my lived experiences and the challenges I’ve faced.

From all the curveballs life has thrown at me. From learning how to make those hard work/life balance decisions. From my creative, neurospicy mind. From living with the effects of trauma. From experiencing the deaths of four significant people in my life, including my mother and grandmother—in just one year.

From my unrelenting desire to be for you who I so desperately needed for so many years.

From my resolve to not be yet another culturally appropriating yoga teacher, but to honor the richness, depth, and roots of the wisdom traditions I invite you to explore with me.

 From my desire to offer you a truly trauma-aware, judgment-free, radically welcoming space.

 Let’s be honest—loneliness sucks. Healing can be hard. It can be slow and sometimes it hurts. I can’t do your healing for you. BUT you don’t have to do this alone. I will sit with you in the deepest pits of suffering (no matter how dark) to your biggest breakthroughs and celebrations. I’m here to have faith in you—faith that things can change—when you can’t see it for yourself.

 I’m so ready to show up for you. All you’ve got do is show up for yourself too.

An energy healing practice that can sooth all kinds of pain and enhance relaxation and stress reduction.

Inner-Work Sessions

An opportunity to put together anything I offer (Inner-Work, 1:1 Yoga Therapy, Meditation, iRest® Yoga Nidra, & Reiki) into a customized package that meets your goals and desires. We can also have stand alone Inner-Work sessions to focus on nurturing and creating a life with mind, body, & soul integration and connection.
