I have a passion for fitness, teaching, and coaching. My goal is to make fitness exciting while helping clients reach their individual goals. Whether strengthening the body for competition, or just becoming more fit, my philosophy is to live life like a sport. In addition to one-on-one, group, and fitness training, I specialize in strength and conditioning, and dynamic stretching to help increase flexibility.
I also develop programs for athletes to help them prepare both mentally and physically for specific sports, and with observation and careful monitoring, to ensure injury prevention. I find great satisfaction in helping others achieve their goals by sharing my knowledge, expertise and passion.
